03 July 2024 - CTF import not working - ONGOING
We have just become aware of an issue with CTF imports not processing so our development team are looking to resolve this as a priority.
14 March 2024 - MIS sync not updating - RESOLVED
We have noticed that the MIS sync, which should run every 48 hours between a school's MIS and OTrack, appears to have last run on 10/03/24. This has been raised with our development team for investigation and we will provide further updates here when we have them.

Our development team have been investigating this issue and believe they have found the potential cause of the issue. Investigations are continuing and we hope to have a resolution soon. Thank you for your continued patience.
26 March 2024 - RESOLVED
The issue has been identified as caused by an update to an SSL certificate. Our development team are in contact with our third party supplier about this and we hope to have a resolution soon.

Our development team are continuing to work to address this issue as their top priority. They are working to implement updates to the software, to ensure it is compatible with the latest SSL certificate updates that have been implemented by Wonde. Once the updates are completed the sync between your MIS and OTrack will be working again. Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to provide a timeframe for when all required updates will be completed. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
17 April 2024 - Resolved
Our development team have made progress with updating the software so that it is compatible with the latest SSL certificate updates. The automatic sync routine will now begin to run as normal for all schools over the next few days. We will continue to monitor the MIS sync over the coming days and our support team are on hand to assist any schools who are still having difficulties.

02 February 2024 15:10 - Reports not loading
We are aware of an issue impacting the Reports section of OTrack. When selecting a report the loading symbol is spinning but the report is not being generated. This has been raised with our development team as an urgent priority and they are investigating.

This issue has now been resolved and reports are successfully generating again. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
