We appreciate that schools may want to create and add their own formative content to OTrack, to make the system more specific to your school. We therefore have a simple process in order for you to do this.
- Read the information and guidance on this page.
- Download the template at the bottom of this page.
- Populate the template with your content.
- Return the completed template to us for upload onto your account.
The cost of the formative content customisation is £160 + VAT and your school will be invoiced once the work has been completed.
**We can upload multiple subjects/objectives from a single template therefore in the interest of saving you money we recommend you try to make all changes at once as each extra upload will incur the £160 +VAT charge**
There is no charge for using our Formative Editor tool where you can manually add your objectives into OTrack, however you may need to raise a support ticket to have the tool enabled if it is not on your school's account already.
In the customisation template you will see the following headings:
| Subject | Subject name as it will appear in Formative Assessment, e.g. Mathematics |
| Aspect | Aspect name as it will appear in Formative Assessment, e.g. Mathematics - Number. All subjects require at least 1 Aspect. |
| Thread | If you are wanting to split the objectives within a strand down further, then you can use a sub-strand e.g. Mathematics – Number – Addition and Subtraction. All objectives within a subject need to be allocated to a thread. |
| KPI | Indicate whether an objective is a KPI. A KPI is a compulsory assessment objective. This can be marked as 0/No - Non KPI or 1/Yes - KPI. |
| Objective | The objective text as it will appear in the formative section of OTrack. The objective text can be pasted or typed into the template. |
| Year | Enter the Year Group that the objective is allocated to. The valid Year Group values are: Pre Entry, Entry 1, Entry 2, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6, Year 7, Year 8, Year 9. |

Once you have populated the template with your formative content submit a support request, with the template attached or email otracksupport@junipereducation.org and one of our team will upload the formative content to your account.
