Help and guidance with OTrack can be accessed in a number of different ways from your account.
Search the Knowledge Base
To access the knowledge base, with all of its help guides, FAQs, videos and additional information - simply click the '?' at the top left of the screen within OTrack. You will be presented with information about the page you are currently using but you can also select Contact Support - This will open the knowledge base in a new tab.
Chat with us
Use our ‘Live chat’ feature to help you resolve your question without having to pick up the phone. The Live Chat feature appears in the bottom-right corner of each help page, during business hours.
You can contact support via email, send your query to: email@example.com – this will create a support ticket.
If you would like to speak to us during business hours, please ring 0345 200 8600 (When you hear the menu options select 3 for Support - then 1 for Tracker Support - then 3 again for OTrack)
Submit a ticket
You can raise a support ticket any time of the day and track the progress of your request. Just click on Submit a support request to get started.
